HECK NO. Pass up on this place. If they think packaging hot soup for take out consists of cheap plastic bags, no stand up pouch, no plastic wrapped lids to prevent spills, no tape around lids to seal the container---imagine the low quality decisions that go into the food that's being served here. Pure disgust a human can be so cheap. The bags are so small they don't even fit the food. The owner clearly lacks integrity. The owner knows sharp forks and chopsticks will pierce through the bag and that the hot soup will melt the plastic but still provides the cheap bags. What a shame. The food has to be the same neglectful quality. If you bag like that, you don't care about your customers. Some people don't mind eating at junkyards, some don't mind street food. Some want to eat at places with integrity. It's a no for myself.

This restaurant used to be my favorite ramen spot, and I previously gave it 5 stars, which makes this review especially disappointing. We spent $91 for two bowls of ramen, one order of pork fried rice, gyoza, and three sodas, and unfortunately none of us enjoyed our meal. For that price, I expected much better quality. The tonkotsu ramen was bland and watery. It was supposed to include black garlic oil, but I couldn't taste any at all. The chashu pork was overcooked, dry, and tough, and the egg was overcooked with little to no seasoning or flavor. The gyoza was served without any dipping sauce. Service was also disappointing. Our order was entered incorrectly, and when we politely pointed out the mistake, the cook/server responded with attitude and seemed irritated that we brought it up. Later, when we asked for a to-go container, it took three attempts to get a lid that actually fit. The restaurant itself looked disorganized and unprofessional. There was trash and product stacked on the floor throughout the dining area, and even the POS system appeared to be sitting on boxes. It was my first visit here. Great atmosphere. Niku Broth is disgusting. 😂 Expensive. Portion is not worth the price. Music is one sided category, I noticed many female vocalists my hour there. I recommend trying the signature dishes, they might be more consistent than making your own bowl. Don't think this place is like making Sushi Bowls where anything you put in, is good. You get sat down and you walk up to order at the register when you decided on what you want. ...Did I mention it is quite expensive here? 😂..

This place hits the spot every. Single. Time. Come here at least once a month and it’s always soo good. Sometimes the spice level isn’t always the same, I just stick to ordering it just right and adding more chili oil if I want it more spicy but other than that this place is the best. Can’t find Tori ramen anywhere else so this is always my go-to.

Our first experience at this place was 🔥 We are David Japanese ramen eaters and Kaz Ramen does not disappoint! We ordered the chicken friend rice topped with red ginger, the flavor was amazing I was expecting to have to add soy sauce but this rice could stand on its own two feet flavor profile was incredible perfect Umami hits!!! We ordered bothe Kaz special and Niku ramens both were outstanding created by their very own chef Jamile. Everyone here is friendly and helpful Great relaxed atmosphere If you are looking for a great late night Ramen place , where they are serving up great flavorful food and chill atmosphere??!!! Then Kaz Ramen is the place to be🔥👍👍
